Every application — from the first share at RM 200 to the strategic partnership of RM 1,000,000 — is reviewed by the Board of Directors. Approval is not transactional. It is a judgment of alignment.
The BOD governs the cooperative. Elected at AGM by members. You cannot apply for this — but every application passes through them.
Every member holds shares in the cooperative. Some choose to do more — extending capital to KOPIT under our SKM-approved Capital Investment Programme.
A KB member chooses to invest RM 50,000.
A KB member chooses to invest RM 300,000.
After 3 years: investment auto-renews at BOD-reviewed rate, or capital returns to member.
