About KOPIT
KOPIT — Koperasi Usahawan Informasi Teknologi Malaysia Berhad — is a registered cooperative under Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM), governed by the Cooperative Societies Act 1993 and supporting regulations.
KOPIT operates seven divisions: Bijak AI (AI/IoT), Hijau Energy (renewables), Rantai Blockchain (distributed ledger), Wira Digital (ICT), Dana Sejahtera (treasury), Angkasa Build (drone/PropTech), and Arif Advisory (strategy/governance/workforce).
Membership terms
KOPIT operates two member tiers — each with distinct rights and obligations under our cooperative bylaws.
Full members. Voting rights, dividend eligibility, project participation, and pathways to leadership roles within the cooperative.
Affiliate members. Project participation, network access, and training programs — without full voting rights.
Detailed member rights, obligations, fee structure, and exit procedures are governed by KOPIT's cooperative bylaws registered with SKM under the Cooperative Societies Act 1993. By applying for membership, you agree to abide by these bylaws.
